CPA recently received a grant from the U.S. Maritime Administration for repairs and improvements to Berth 1 and 2 at the Rota Harbor. These repairs will address underwater issues for safer port operations.  CPA is also applying for grants to purchase a crane as well as possible relocation of the existing warehouse to allow for a larger port operations footprint.
