Welcome to the Commonwealth Ports Authority

Welcome to the Commonwealth Ports Authority (CPA), the gateway to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).

Every day, our airports and seaports in Saipan, Tinian, and Rota connect our islands to each other and to the world. Whether you are arriving for the first time, returning home, conducting business, or moving goods through our ports, CPA is here to help keep our communities connected and our economy moving forward.

Our ports are more than transportation facilities—they are the lifeline of our islands. They support tourism, commerce, public services, emergency response, and the daily movement of people and goods that sustain life throughout the CNMI.

At CPA, we are committed to providing safe, secure, reliable, and customer-focused services while investing in the infrastructure needed to meet today's needs and seize tomorrow's opportunities. Our dedicated team works every day to ensure our ports remain strong, resilient, and ready to serve the people of the CNMI.

We invite you to explore our website and learn more about our airports and seaports, ongoing projects, business opportunities, airline and maritime services, procurement opportunities, and the many ways CPA serves our community.
Thank you for visiting. We are proud to serve the CNMI and look forward to helping you stay connected to the people, places, and opportunities that make our islands special.

Welcome aboard, and enjoy your journey through our ports.
